OU Considers Future Student Tuition Freeze

Future Ohio Unversity students could have their tuition rate frozen.University trustees opened debate yesterday on making a four-year tuition "guarantee" to help incoming students and their families pay for their education. The plan would make students immune from year-to-year tuition hikes. It also would encourage more students to graduate within four years. OU would be the first public university in the state to make such a guarantee if trustees approve the plan.
