A Hilliard police officer who admitted to his supervisors that he had sex while on duty has resigned. 40-year-old David Burck was placed on paid administrative leave last October while authorities investigated complaints of inappropriate sexual conduct with two women. Police officials say he had sex with one of them at a city park while on duty. Police officials say they will not file criminal charges.
