Franklin County Environmental Court Judge Dan Hawkins has ruled his temporary order closing the Red Carpet Inn on Dublin-Granville Road will remain in effect until he holds a hearing on the city of Columbus' request for an injunction on March 4th. Hawkins ordered the motel closed last week, citing nearly 800 police runs over the last two years for shootings, prostitution and drug sales.
