The U.S. government's College Scorecard shows Ohio State University leads the state's public colleges in on time graduation rates, at 83-percent. Miami University came in second at 80-percent and Ohio University is ranked third in the state. At 41 percent, the University of Akron has one of the lowest graduation rates in the state. Cleveland State and Youngstown State Universities have rates even lower than Akron.
