Two men have been indicted by a Franklin County grand jury on charges of live-streaming a threat to open fire in their Columbus neighborhood if their video feed exceeded 100 viewers. 20-year-old Yusuf Conteh and 20-year-old Damon Rosmond face charges including child endangering, tampering with evidence and weapons offenses.
