Former OHP Trooper Charged With Rape

A former Ohio Highway Patrol trooper charged with rape has turned himself in. Adam Foster has been indicted for sexually assaulting a recruit last year at her Springfield Township apartment. The 33-year-old Foster worked out of the Swanton Post before becoming an instructor at the patrol's training academy in Columbus.  Foster was fired last September for making advances toward a different female trooper.
