AG Approves Summary Of Congressional Redistricting Proposal
The Ohio Attorney General's office has approved the petition summary submitted by the group behind a ballot proposal to change the way the state's congressional districts are drawn. Attorney General Mike DeWine had previously rejected their initial language. The proposal called Fair Congressional Districts for Ohio mirrors a proposal voters approved in 2015 that changed the process for state legislative districts. They could have an amendment on the ballot as early as November of next year.
