The Franklin County coroner's office is asking county commissioners to approve an additional 500 thousand dollars in it's budge next year. The money would fund additional staff to process a rising opioid overdose caseload. The Franklin County prosecutor's office is asking for additional funding to add staff to the Drug Court. The budget requests will be formally submitted next week.
