Westerville authorities say a man who accidentally caused a fatal fire after falling asleep while cooking food won't face criminal charges.
Investigators say they could not determine whether he was impaired by marijuana at the time. The fire at a house on Allview Road killed 17-year-old Hannah Sarver in September. Sarver's mother, her roommate and the roommate's 20-year-old son survived.
