Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies have identified the body found by a deputy Monday in a wooded area near Interstates 270 and 71 on the south side.
The body of 41-year-old Jeremy Boggs was found by a deputy investigating a January 22 hit and run crash. Authorities say Boggs was the driver in the crash. The cause of death has yet to be determined, but foul play has been ruled out.
