The state has awarded historic preservation tax credits for a pair of local projects.
Developer Brad DeHays is getting a 2 million dollar tax credit for a 20 million dollar project to convert the old Columbus trolley barn complex on Oak Street into a mixed-use facility. The Columbus Compact is getting a 2 million dollar credit to convert a vacant auto dealership on East Main Street into a facility featuring living and art space. The Ohio Development Services Agency approved tax breaks for 28 projects statewide.
