The Ohio Board of Pharmacy says a Clark County nurse practitioner accused of illegally issuing prescriptions for controlled substances has been indicted on drug trafficking charges.
Authorities began investigating 32-year-old Douglas Shrewsbury last summer amid allegations he was operating a pain management clinic without an appropriate license and illegally issuing prescriptions for controlled substances.
