A former student has filed a lawsuit against St. Charles Preparatory School, accusing a late former teacher of sexual misconduct.
The student says Monsignor Thomas Bennett sexually abused him in the early 2000s on school grounds. Bennett died in 2008. The school and the Columbus Catholic Diocese have yet to comment.
