A federal magistrate is allowing attorneys to question the father of the publisher of a Worthington-based neo-Nazi website and an accountant in connection with a lawsuit against the publisher.
A libel suit filed by radio talk show host Dean Obeidallah claims "The Daily Stormer" publisher Andrew Anglin falsely labeled him as the "mastermind" behind a deadly bombing at a concert in England. The judge's order lets attorneys issue subpoenas looking for information about the role Ohio-based shell company Moonbase Holdings LLC played in the website's operations.
