A federal magistrate has ordered a Columbus vice detective be held without bond on charges of forcing women to have sex with him under threat of an arrest.
55-year-old Andrew Mitchell will be arraigned next week and plans to plead not guilty. Mitchell has also been investigated but not yet charged for killing Donna Castleberry, a prostitute who stabbed him in the hand while sitting in his unmarked vehicle last year.
