A Franklin County judge has upheld the state's order banning the sale of alcohol after 10 pm at bars and restaurants.
Several Columbus businesses sued Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Liquor Control Commission over the "Last Call" order signed last week. Judge Kim Brown rejected arguments for a restraining order that the ban unfairly targets businesses. Some of the businesses involved include Pins Mechanical, Mikey's Late Night Slice, Oldfield's, Zeno's, and 16 Bit Bar and Arcade.
