A judge Wednesday gave the Franklin County Prosecutor 14 days to respond to a motion to dismiss charges in the William Husel case.
Husel's legal team is accusing prosecutor Ron O'Brien of misconduct for not showing potentially exonerating medical records from some of Husel's patients to the grand jury. O'Brien says the motion is frivolous and without merit.
