Hilliard officials are considering selling over 100 acres of farmland on Cosgray Road to Amazon.
The firm would turn the property into a data center. Neighbors have raised concerns about increased traffic, but Hilliard Development Director David Meadows says the centers generate little traffic. The city is also looking at purchasing 125 acres at Scioto Darby and Alton Darby Creek roads to turn into park space and athletic fields.
