Ohio now has more than 622-thousand cases and 8,047 deaths.OhioHealth expects to receive a shipment of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine as early as today. Mount Carmel and OSU Medical Center expect the vaccine sometime this week. Both got the Pfizer vaccine last week. They will be given first to front-line employees at high risk of exposure. And the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has approved a waiver allowing Ohio National Guard medical personnel to administer vaccines to the general population when they become available.
