Marion Couple Killed In Apparent Murder-Suicide

Marion police are calling the deaths of a husband and wife found in the garage of their East Center Street home Saturday an apparent murder-suicide. Police say 44-year-old Max Berry apparently shot and killed 42-year-old Amy Berry before shooting himself. Autopsies by the Lucas County Coroner are planned. The Marion County Coroner will determine the official cause of death.
