Ohio Governor Mike DeWine says the state will move to the second phase of COVID-19 vaccine distribution in two weeks.
2.2 million teachers and other school employees, seniors and those with severe medical disorders will get vaccinated. DeWine says the state will formally release the plan in the coming days. DeWine says the goal is to line people using local health departments, primary care physicians, and fairgrounds. Critics of DeWine say the state is failing to effectively distribute the vaccine.
