Civil rights activists are calling for answers in the police shooting death of Henry Green. The People's Justice Project wants officials to unseal grand jury proceedings in the case. And the Columbus Chapter of the NAACP has filed a public records request. Grand jurors declined to charge the officers who shot and killed Green last year. Franklin County court officials say much of the information considered is contained in a Columbus Police investigation file, and state law requires testimony that does not result in an indictment remain sealed. But Mayor Andy Ginther's office says the file is now a public record and should be released.
