Alleged Victims Of Richard Strauss Seek To End Mediation Of Lawsuits Against OSU

Feb 25, 2020

A group of sexual assault victims suing Ohio State University for failing to take action against the late former team doctor Richard Strauss is asking a judge to end mediation.

Details of a letter sent to the presiding judge were released yesterday. The plaintiffs say mediation has run its course and should end so litigation may proceed.  OSU says it is participating in good faith and remains committed to a fair outcome.  Strauss is accused of sexually assaulting hundreds of men between 1978 and 1998.
