Columbus police say one person is hospitalized in critical condition following a shootout with an ATF agent Thursday.
Authorities say the agent was investigating a recent robbery at a gun shop when he called police to stop a suspect. The suspect fled the stop and was shot when agents caught up with that person near Kelton Avenue and Fulton Street. Names have not been released.
