Authorities Drop Charges Against UA Murder Suspect

Authorities have charged a new suspect in Upper Arlington's first muder in several years. 

Jeffrey Harrison is charged with killing Charles McCoy outside of a Lane Avenue Restaurant on June 11th. Authorities say the charges are the result of new evidence, and they have dropped charges against Jeffery Smith. Harrison has yet to be taken into custody.
