Bexley Considering Ban On Using Cell Phones While Driving

Bexley City Council opened debate last night on a proposed ordinance that would ban drivers from holding cell phones to talk while on the road. Drivers would only be allowed to use hands-free systems to take calls in what would be the first law of its kind in central Ohio.
