Bill Expanding Medicaid Introduced

Minority Democrats in the Ohio Senate have introduced a bill to expand the Medicaid program under the federal health care law after the idea was stripped from the state budget.Ohio House Democrats have introduced the same bill. House Republicans dropped Medicaid expansion from the two-year state budget before sending it to the Senate last month. Senate President Keith Faber says the chamber's version of the budget won't include Medicaid expansion as proposed by GOP Governor John Kasich, but Medicaid "reform" is not dead in Ohio.
