Central Ohio's Jobless Rate Declined In February

The state says central Ohio’s unemployment rate in February fell seven-tenths of a point from January to 3.8 percent.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says it's the lowest among the state’s metropolitan areas. Rates fell in all 88 counties. Franklin County's rate was 3.7 percent, a tenth of a point below that of Columbus. Delaware and Union counties had rates below 3.5 percent.
