The Cincinnati Archdiocese plans to update teacher contract language following a committee's suggestions on morality clauses. The altered language will clarify what is expected of employees after last year's contract sparked protests for prohibiting homosexual lifestyles, abortion, artificial insemination and public support for those causes. The alterations include changing the wording from "public support" of such causes to "advocacy," after the diocese received many questions about what constituted "public support." Opponents of the contract's morality clause say the changes make little difference.
