Cincinnati Council Member Served With Subpoena In Open Meetings Case

A Cincinnati City Council member has been subpoeaned for her role in an open meetings case. 

Tamaya Dennard was served Thursday as she tried to slip out of a committee meeting.  A special prosecutor is working with the Ohio auditor's office to investigate the open meetings violations committed by Dennard, P.G. Sittenfeld, Greg Landsman, Chris Seelbach and Wendell Young.  The group could face criminal charges and be ordered to reimburse the city for legal fees.
