Charges have been filed against a Clark County man who appeared in a social media post kneeling on a toddler's neck.
Sheriff's deputies have charged 20-year-old Isiah Jackson with a probation violation. Further charges are possible. The 2-year-old child was not hurt. The act was a simulation of the killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer earlier this year, which sparked nationwide protests against police brutality and racism.
