Complying with a court order, Cleveland city officials have released details of their failed bid to land Amazon's second headquarters.
The 220-page proposal called for 3.5 billion dollars in tax breaks from the city, state and Cuyahoga County. There were also commitments of land and a microgrid power supply. New homes would have been built for employees in several neighborhoods. Amazon eventually chose New York and suburban Washington D.C., but last month dropped plans for a facility in New York.
