The Clintonville chiropractor charged with sexually assaulting dozens of patients is no longer able to practice medicine.
Ryan Smith has forfeited his license. Columbus police say there are now 40 female patients accusing Smith of sexual misconduct. The State Chiropractic Board also has ten pending cases against Smith.
