Columbus Blue Jackets Player Arrested In New York

Cleveland Monsters

The Columbus Blue Jackets are not commenting on reports that forward Sonny Milano has been arrested and charged with assault in New York.

The 23-year old Milano was arrested with Colorado Avalanche player A.J. Green after the pair allegedly assaulted a third man over a bill at a Manhattan nightclub. A statement Sunday said the Jackets organization is “reviewing the situation and will not be commenting further at this time.”

Milano was drafted in 2014, and played eight games with Columbus last season, before being assigned to the Cleveland Monsters farm team.
