Columbus police have arrested a couple on child endangerment charges after their five children were removed from the home after being abused.
The children were allegedly struck, burned, bitten and sexually abused by the father, locked in a room all day without food and water or a restroom, and forced to drink hot sauce as punishment. Bond is set at 100 thousand dollars for 33-year-old Jose Rosales on three counts of rape and five counts of child endangering. Bond is set at 10 thousand dollars for 29-year-old Rosa Rosales on five counts of child endangering.
