Columbus Library's Main Branch To Reopen This Afternoon Following Sunday Shooting

Columbus police have identified the man who was shot in the basement of the Columbus Metropolitan Library's main branch on Sunday. 47-year-old John Thrasher is hospitalized in stable condition. Police say he was shot by 28-year-old Joseph Steward following an argument. The Grant Avenue facility is set to reopen at 1pm today.
