One of the two men found guilty in the 2016 shooting death of a 2-year-old girl was sentenced yesterday to life in prison.
25-year-old Jaquon Poindexter was found guilty last Friday. Prosecutors say he and Norman Burke robbed a south side home and shot four people, including Amiyah Bice, who later died. Burke is serving a 15-year sentence.
