Columbus Offering Free HIV Testing Through Saturday

Columbus and Canton are among 100 cities in the U.S. offering residents free testing for the HIV virus, in support of National HIV Testing Day. Columbus Public Health officials say testing is being conducted at a drug store chain through Saturday. More information is available by visiting the Columbus Public Health website. Canton health officials say free tests are being offered at the Southeast Community Center on Friday. Officials say the number of Ohioans with HIV is on the rise. 31 hundred people are living with HIV/AIDS in Franklin County alone.
