Columbus police say a man and woman are dead following an apparent murder-suicide Wednesday at a southwest side home.
Police say 34-year-old Quantaine Tate shot and killed 24-year-old Mariah Carpenter at a Timberwood Drive home then took his own life. A motive has yet to be determined.
