Franklin County Commissioners have chosen a new dog shelter director.
Kaye Dickson will return to the facility. She left in 2016 to run for political office in Arizona. Dickson takes over for the retiring Doug Winstel. The new assistant director is Dwayne Young, who is the animal care supervisor in Houston, Texas.
