Union County Sheriff's deputies have yet to file charges following the death of a construction worker who was struck by a tractor-trailer on U.S. Route 33 Friday.
Deputies say 24-year-old Teresa Howell of Greenwich was an Ohio Department of Transportation subcontractor performing guardrail maintenance. Deputies say the semi drove over several orange safety cones in the righthand lane of the eastbound side of 33 west of State Route 161. The driver was arrested at a warehouse on Williams Road in Columbus.
