COTA Bus Shooter Indicted

The man charged with firing a shot that struck a woman on a COTA bus last month has been indicted on 12 counts of felonious assault. 19-year-old Anthony Saunders III is charged with shooting and wounding Amy Develvis. Prosecutors say he was shooting at a car just as the bus pulled up to drop off a passenger. Develvis lost an eye in the shooting.
