COTA Ridership Declines

Fewer people are riding pubic busses around central Ohio. The Central Ohio Transit Authority says ridership is down nearly three-percent so far this year, with just over nine-million bus rides taken between January and June. Agency officials blame the decline on fewer riders from Ohio State University, a fare increase, and the end of free service for disabled passengers.
