The Central Ohio Transit Authority says ridership has risen slightly so far this year. The agency reports nearly 12.2 million bus trips through the first eight months of the year, up by 200 thousand over the same period a year ago. The agency is still determining reasons for the increase, but says ridership has rebounded recently from a decline it reported earlier this year.
