The Central Ohio Transit Authority is temporarily suspending fares during the coronavirus pandemic and making changes to make riding safer.
Passengers are entering through the back door, to minimize driver exposure. Riders who require the ramp to board the bus can still enter through the front.
Ridership has declined by 40%, in recent weeks, so the agency has temporarily suspended Night Owl and AirConnect routes. All rush-hour commuter lines will now provide at least one morning trip and one evening trip. Regular volume are being maintained or expanded in areas where students travel to get free meals. More information on specific route changes is available at COTA's website.
