County To Hire Attorneys For Foreclosure Cases

Franklin County Commissioners have approved plans to demolish 900 abandoned homes.The county will spend one-million-dollars on attorneys who will get foreclosure cases into the courts. County officials say the foreclosures are necessary to put the properties in the hands of the county land bank for demolition.
