A federal appeals court has ruled a woman may proceed with her lawsuit alleging Ohio State University discriminated against her because she has Crohn's disease.The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals says a lower court was wrong in saying the lawsuit filed by Caitlin Sjostrand lacked evidence. She claims the school rejected her application to a psychology doctoral program because of her ailment. Sjostrand alleges her two job interviews focused mostly on her ailment.
