Fired Ohio State marching band director Jon Waters says he is weighing his legal options after the Ohio Court of Claims dismissed his defamation lawsuit against the university. The lawsuit alleged statements the university made about Waters after an international investigation found a sexualized culture in the band were slanderous, defamatory and an invasion of privacy. Ohio State maintained the case was without merit.
