CPH: Contaminated Saunders Park Soil Caused No Health Problems

Columbus Public Health officials say a survey of area residents shows there were no adverse human health effects from arsenic and lead found in the soil at Saunders Park. The city has set aside more than one-million-dollars to clean up the park on the near East side, adding new layers of clay and topsoil.  The park was closed in September of last year after the contamination was discovered.
