Columbus Public Health says a rabid bat was found at the corner of McConnell and Nationwide Boulevards in the Arena District on August 19.
The person who found the bat took it to the Ohio Wildlife Center, where it tested positive. Officials say anyone who touched a bat in that area on the 19th should get vaccinated.
